HOW IS A VISIT?

If you need an urgent service, once the doctor is activated you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone with the confirmation of the visit and the expected time for it. The data you provide us will be used only for your medical care.

If you need a hospital referral, Traveldoctor has an agreement with the main hospital centers, but in any case you will be the one who decides where you want to be treated.

We will send you a copy of the visit invoice to your e-mail so that you can send it to your travel insurance or medical insurance.

How are your data managed?

We comply with the Official Data Protection Law (RGPD) in all steps of our actions.

When you activate us, your information is stored in a database so that when the doctor or nurse visits you, they consult it in our CRM system. At the end of the visit, the access is disabled and your data is stored and protected.

The paper medical report is our current work tool. There are only two copies. One is for you and the other is stored in our files located in Sabadell duly guarded under alphanumeric code.

We ask for your telephone to indicate by sms the expected time of the visit and in case the doctor needs to contact you. We ask for your e-mail to send you a copy of the invoice.

We will only use your data to make the visit and never for a commercial purpose, you can exercise your rights over your personal data as stated in our terms and privacy policy.
